Cardamom morning bun

Sourdough laminated overnight, brown butter, sea salt, fresh-ground cardamom from a tin we keep refilling.

Ethiopia, Worka Sakaro lot. Bergamot, white peach, lemonade. Brewed in V60. We change the dose by feel.
